The Scenario Manager lets you add, delete, rename or modify scenarios.

To open the Scenario Manager, click or select Data > Scenario Manager.

The Base Scenario uses the different Profiles, Types and Populations imported from the LEGION Data Template. Each new scenario is Based Upon another, previously created scenario (which can be the Base scenario).

When creating or modifying a new scenario, one can specify to assign alternative Profiles, Types or Populations to affect the demand and/or other parameters for this specific scenario.

Profiles:

The following Profiles can be amended between scenarios:

• Arrival Profiles
• Availability Profiles
• Event Profiles
• Exit Profiles
• Gate Control Profiles

Each new Profile can be based on Profiles previously imported from the LEGION Data Template.

Arrival Profiles and Event Profiles can also be based on changes made relative to Based Upon Profiles, such as a percentage increase or decrease over a specified period.

Gate Control Profiles can also be changed to ALWAYS CLOSED, ALWAYS IN or ALWAYS OUT Profiles

Types:

The following Types can be changed between scenarios:

• Entity Types,
• Supply Types

Each new Type can be edited directly, or Based Upon Types previously imported from the LEGION Data Template.

Population:

The following Populations can be changed between scenarios:

• Populated Zone
• Evacuation Zone

Each new Population can be edited directly, or Based Upon a Population imported from the LEGION Data Template and changed relative to that (e.g., increased or decreased as a proportion of it).
